In addition to its research activities, MRI is occasionally invited to participate in meetings, conferences and similar events around the nation and around the world.

Issues Live

MRI will participate in a series of Issues Forums in locations around the country beginning in February 2008, in cooperation with Microbusiness Strategies LLC.

The purpose of these Forums will be to bring together microbusiness owners and advocates, and leaders of the business and public policy arenas, to start an ongoing national conversation about microbusinesses, their needs and their role in the overall U.S. economy.

MRI's participation will consist of analyzing data collected during the events and publishing those analyses in a series of research papers and issues briefs during the course of the series.
